Don't EVER get conned into buying this mechanically unreliable piece of crap.
The thing was built to last MAYBE 50,000 miles. Beyond that, it is just going to fall apart and COST YOU BIGTIME!
Here is a list of things (non-wear related) that happened to me RECENTLY that have caused me to pull my hair out - WITH ALL THE RECOMMENDED DEALER SERVICE INTERVALS COMPLETED!
60,000 miles: Alternator DIED. Got it fixed at a local shop for $450.
65,000 miles: Swivel preloads loose, leaking badly, needed to be tightened. Damn near got killed on the highway b | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | (-) Mechanically UNRELIABLE!
(-) Gas guzzler | | | Previous car: | I will never drive a Land Rover product again. |
